Our standard turnaround goal is 60 to 120 days, helping departments reduce down time while maintaining operational readiness.


Throughout each remount, we focus on the safety,functionality,and long term reliability of the ambulance module.This includes inspecting and addressing key systems that affect daily use, safety, and reliability.Every unit undergoes a detailed inspection and evaluation of critical mechanical, electrical and operational systems to ensure dependable performance in the field.

Rather than replacing the original electrical system with an aftermarket alternative, we inspect service, and preserve the factory installed system. This helps ensure compatibility, simplifies future diagnostics and service ,and supports the long-term reliability of the ambulance.

​Each remount progresses through a 5-station production process followed by a comprehensive finish-line inspection prior to delivery to the customer or dealer.


​Quality control is integrated into every production station each unit undergoes:


  • In-process quality control inspections
  • A comprehensive final quality inspection
  • A delivery-release quality checklist prior to pickup or delivery
